Shipping:

My items are taking a long time to arrive.

Your products might take up to 30 days to arrive depending on where they are being shipped from.

I received a package but one or more of my items where missing.

Not all of our items are stored in the same warehouse, and because of this, they might arrive at a separate time from one another, if you have not received all of your items after 30 days, please use our contact information below to get in touch with us.

Returns:

My product arrived damaged, and or not the way it is described online.

If you receive your package and one or more of the items are damaged or incorrect please contact our support email address listed below for a refund.
