This is my second time ordering from here ! My first experience was pretty good. This time there were a few issues. I first ordered a large because I was looking at what sizes the models in the photos were wearing. (I should’ve ordered a size or two up) so they fit like a small-medium when I received them. I reached out, support wasn’t very quick at responding, eventually I was able to send them back to get a 2xl. The person talking to me through email told me they’d refund what I paid in shipping costs if I sent documents since they didn’t provide shipping labels (I did send photos) but I never received the refund. Anyway, I got my 2xl, I noticed a small tear in the pants that I had to sew. Not a big deal but still. I also realized the different black symbols that pattern all over the pants aren’t on the front only the back of mine? Overall, I mostly wish the pants were more plus/mid size friendly and they looked like the picture !!

Responsive to emails and pants are comfortable to wear.
