Processing

Processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Every order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia, and tracking information is emailed to you once your parcel leaves us. During periods of high demand, shipments can occasionally experience delays outside our carrier's control.

Australia

Australian rates are flat, with no weight tiers. Standard shipping with AusPost is $14.95 and takes 2 to 8 business days. Express shipping is $19.95 and takes 1 to 4 business days. Orders over $100 AUD ship free.

International

We ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Mexico and much of Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Finland). Every international parcel is sent with tracking from our base in Adelaide, South Australia. Shipping outside Australia is calculated by destination and weight, and your exact rate always shows at checkout before you pay.

Published rates, in AUD:

  • New Zealand: $13.50 up to 500g, $15.50 for 500g to 1kg, $19.95 for 1kg to 1.5kg, $24.95 over 1.5kg. Orders over $150 ship free. Delivery generally takes 3 to 10 business days once dispatched.
  • United States: $24.75 up to 500g, $35.75 for 500g to 1kg, $43.95 for 1kg to 1.5kg, $54.95 over 1.5kg.
  • Canada: $22.50 up to 500g, $32.50 for 500g to 1kg, $39.95 for 1kg to 1.5kg, $49.95 over 1.5kg.
  • United Kingdom and Ireland: $25.00 up to 500g, $38.00 for 500g to 1kg, $50.00 for 1kg to 1.5kg, $64.00 for 1.5kg to 2kg, $79.95 over 2kg.
  • Europe: $25.00 up to 500g, $35.00 for 500g to 1kg, $45.00 for 1kg to 1.5kg, $55.00 for 1.5kg to 2kg, $65.00 for 2kg to 3kg, $95.00 over 3kg.
  • Mexico: $19.95 up to 500g, $24.95 for 500g to 1kg, $34.95 for 1kg to 1.5kg, $49.95 over 1.5kg.

Express shipping is also available at checkout for every destination above except Mexico. To New Zealand it starts at $32.95.

Orders to the United States have import duties taken care of before they ship, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders to the United Kingdom and Europe may attract local import taxes or a small customs fee on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. New Zealand orders under NZ$1,000 attract no customs charges.

Pre-orders

If your order includes a pre-order piece, we hold everything and ship the whole order together in one parcel once the pre-order arrives. If you would like your in-stock pieces sooner, pop them through as a separate order.
