We pack every order ourselves here in Adelaide, and it leaves us within 1 to 3 business days. Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as it ships.

On its way

Australia Post takes it from there. Most Aussie orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after dispatch depending on your state. International orders usually take 10 to 20 business days.

When will my order ship?

We pack every order ourselves in Adelaide and it leaves us within 1 to 3 business days of you placing it. As soon as it's on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days

Australia Post parcels sometimes travel between scans, especially heading to regional areas. It's almost always still moving. If nothing changes for 3 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.

It says delivered but nothing's arrived

Check any safe drop spots first: the porch, meter box, behind pots, and with your neighbours. Drivers occasionally mark parcels delivered a little early, so give it one business day. Still nothing? Email us and we'll open an investigation with AusPost straight away.

Can I redirect my parcel or add a signature?

Once you have your tracking number, you can manage delivery through your free AusPost MyPost account, including redirects, safe drop preferences and signature on delivery. We can't change these from our end once it's shipped.

Ordering from outside Australia?

International orders usually arrive within 10 to 20 business days. Your country may charge customs duties or taxes on arrival, and those are set by your government, not by us. If your parcel seems held up, your local customs office is the fastest first call.
