Sizing
Our range runs small across the board. If you're between two sizes, we'd recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Sizing information is available on every individual product page. Check the sizing chart before you buy to get the right fit. Larger sizes can vary a little more than standard, since pieces are hand-made.

Policies

Governs all returns and exchanges on hippiehut.com.au.
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: a book with obvious signs of use; a CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened; any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund is processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds. First check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Still nothing? Email support@hippiehut.com.au.
Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges. Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange wherever stock allows. If your size is out of stock, you can choose one of three options: a restock notification for when it returns, store credit with an extra 20% added, or a full refund. Faulty or damaged items are always replaced or refunded. To start any exchange, email us at support@hippiehut.com.au.
Gifts. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it's received. If it wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we'll send the refund to the gift giver.
Return shipping. To return your product, mail it to the address our team provides, as it's specific to each case. You're responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. If you're shipping an item over $75, consider a trackable service or shipping insurance, since we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

This site may contain historical information for reference only, and we have no obligation to update it, and monitoring changes to the site is your responsibility.
4. Modifications to the Service and prices. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice, and are not liable to you or any third party for doing so.
5. Products or services. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities, subject to our Returns Policy. We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities to any person, region or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.
6. Accuracy of billing and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. 7. Optional tools. We may give you access to third-party tools we neither monitor nor control, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the relevant third party's own terms.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit.
10. Personal information. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions. Our site may occasionally contain typographical errors or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel orders arising from inaccurate information, without prior notice.
12. Prohibited uses. You are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to transmit malicious code, to collect others' personal information without consent, to spam or scrape, or to interfere with the security of the Service.

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hippie Hut Australia and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder will remain in full effect.
16. Termination. These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if we suspect you have failed to comply with any provision, and may deny you access to the Service accordingly.
17. Entire agreement. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with any policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Privacy Policy
Describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared on hippiehut.com.au.
Personal information we collect. When you visit the site, we automatically collect device information (web browser, IP address, time zone, and installed cookies) plus the pages and products you view and what referred you here, via cookies, log files, and web beacons/tags/pixels. When you make or attempt a purchase, we also collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information (including card numbers, PayPal and Afterpay), email address and phone number. Together, this is your "Personal Information."
How we use it. We use Order Information to fulfil orders (processing payment, arranging shipping, and providing invoices/confirmations) as well as to communicate with you, screen for fraud, and (in line with your preferences) send marketing. Device Information helps us screen for fraud risk and improve the site through analytics on how customers browse and interact with it.
Sharing your information. We share Personal Information with third parties that help us run the store: Shopify powers our online store, and Google Analytics helps us understand site usage. We may also share information to comply with laws, subpoenas, or other lawful requests, or to protect our rights.
Behavioural advertising. We use your information to show targeted ads and marketing we believe may interest you. You can opt out via Facebook, Google or Bing ad settings, or through the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out portal.
Do Not Track. We do not alter our data collection practices in response to a Do Not Track browser signal.
Data retention. When you place an order, we retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.
