Patchwork squares in red, blue, purple and olive, each panel stamped in black with a different block: flowers, spirals, leaves. Stonewashed cotton, so the colours read chalky rather than saturated.
Elastic waist with a drawstring and a straight relaxed leg. Cargo pocket on the thigh, side pockets at the hip. Light enough to pack, heavy enough to hold a crease out of the wash.

Cut from offcuts in Kathmandu and joined square by square. The colour mix depends entirely on what came off the previous run, so a red-heavy pair and a blue-heavy pair can leave the same workshop on the same day.
